SUPPLIERS’ PERSONAL DATA

Hoxton Partners only collects supplier data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary to maintain a smooth relationship with our suppliers (contact person, email, telephone number, address, and bank details necessary for payment of their services).

Suppliers’ personal data will be entered into an automated file under the responsibility of Hoxton Partners. The purpose of this processing is to facilitate, accelerate, and fulfill commitments made to suppliers.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

Hoxton Partners uses third-party services to manage the data of its consultants, clients, and suppliers (Google, Bullhorn, Dropbox, etc.). Personal data may be transferred to a third country outside the European Union.

These servers and platforms, even outside the European Union, comply with European law and ensure an adequate level of protection for the personal data transferred, in particular through Privacy Shield certification.

By accepting this privacy policy, the data subject consents to the transfer of their personal data to the aforementioned third parties for storage and better management of the services provided by Hoxton Partners.
